How to Easily Share the data within the network

There are several ways to do to be able to split the data into the network.
Here's how to share data within the network:

1.     computer must be connected in a network
2.     try in the first network address, to change the IP address can be done by:

•         Right click on the "Local Area Network" in the icon tray
•         select Status
•         select Properties
•         on the General tab select "Ineternet Protocol" (TCP / IP)
•         select Properties
•         select "Use the Following IP Address" to input IP address manually.
•         Ip Address input with the same network address, Ex:

            IP address: 192.168.1.0 - 192.168.1.255
            Ip address of the above range,
                Network address is = 192.168.1
                with netmask / prefix = 255.255.255.0 / 24
    3. equate workgroup by:

•         Right click on the My Computer icon
•         Select Properties
•         Select the Computer Name tab
•         Select Change ("to rename this computer or join a domain")
•         Restart Computer

    4. share folder / data by:

•         Right click on the folder that will be shared in the system
•         select "Sharing And Security"
•         select "Shared this folder on the network"
•         if the user of the other computer does not want to make changes in the data in the folder,

                        option "Allow Network Users to Change My Files" ignore it
                        then select Apply / Ok
       5. when that will be shared in the system is a drive, then:

•                 select "If you understand the risk but still want to share the root of the drive, click here"
•             Right click on the drive you want to share the system
•             system will ask for confirmation of whether the drive will be shared in the system
•             then, select "Sharing And Security"
•             select "Shared this folder on the network"
•             if the user of the other computer wants to make changes to the data in the drive,
•                 select "Allow Network Users to Change My Files"
•             then select Apply / Ok.
